  • Basic experience with the Magento platform
  • Basic understanding of modules development
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
What Will Be Your Tasks?
Technical Support
You will stand at the frontline of technical support and help large eCommerce clients.
Live Chat Communications
You will face all kinds of questions from the store clients over the live chat, Help Desk and phone
Development Docs
You will create and maintain the documentation of GoMage modules and other developments.
What Will Be a Plus?
Technical Background
It would be a strong advantage if you have background in engineering or computer science
Technical Writer Experience
Experience in technical writing of software documentation will be a big plus
Pre-sales Experience
Strong negotiation and mitigation skills will help you convince and upsell to our clients
Positive Attitude
Sometimes you may face "hard" clients so a positive attitude will only help you

The salary depends on your skills and experience. But the desired amount is usually no less than what candidates expect.

It cosnsists of three stages:
  1. One of our HR specialists will run a short introductory call.
  2. Full interview with an expert in your area of expertise.
  3. A final call with higher-level executives to check your soft skills.
🔸 What is the usual project size?
Our clients are medium to enterprise-level eCommerce companies located in different countries, industries and time zones. You will be working with large marketplaces, wholesale stores, crowdfunding platforms and big retail brands.
    🔸 What methodology do you use?
    Our Project Managers follow the best Agile approaches that fits the project. That's why the methodology may change depending on specs and requirements.
    🔸 How would you describe your team atmosphere?
